For years, I moved through the world in a state of high-functioning disconnect. My life was structured by the demands of the corporate world, yet my spirit felt like a map without a compass.
THE INVITATION
Reiki arrived as a whisper that became a landslide. It reminded me that healing is not an external achievement, but an internal remembrance of the sacred intelligence already alive within us.
THE AWAKENING
In 2015, Namaste Spirit was born. Today, from Dallas, TX and across the digital expanse, I hold space for empaths and seekers to reclaim their birthright of wellness and wholeness.

Deeply rooted in traditional Japanese lineages, this mastery signifies the completion of rigorous energetic training focused on restoring the body's natural state of balance and peace.
Elizabeth is also certified in Animal Reiki by the Animal Reiki Alliance.
Qigong certified instructor
Certified as a Nick Loffree Qigong Teacher (in Mantak Chia's lineage), Elizabeth teaches regular Qigong classes with her own style and flair.
